About Us
The D.deVoe Foundation is a Non-Government and Non-Profit Organization specifically dedicated to providing financial assistance for economically underprivileged children to defray the cost of English based education. Targeted students are supported regardless of race, religion, gender, ethnicity, socio-economic status, political affiliation, or country of national origin.
The economic situation of families with children attending the St. Peter’s English Medium School in Andra Pradesh, India inspired the creation of the D.devoe Foundation.
We’ve traveled to and taught at the St. Peter’s English Medium School and are acutely aware of the connection between economics and education. Children there lack access to available quality education from an inability to cover schooling expenses. In addition, the school’s operating budget is taxed due to students attending without payment. By subsidizing schooling costs, children are able to pursue an English based education and the St. Peter’s English Medium School will continue to serve those students.
Worldwide, eight out of ten children in developing countries begin primary school, but only a third of these students actually complete their schooling. More than seventy million children – three out of five of whom are girls – do not attend school at all. The D.deVoe Foundation hopes to affect change worldwide and currently provides stipends for the following expenses:
- Tuition

- Transportation
- School Supplies
- Uniforms
- Lunch Expense
In an effort to focus our energies on a community whose needs we have seen first-hand and believe we can affect immediately, the D.deVoe Foundation has selected the St. Peter’s English Medium School as the recipient of its fundraising efforts.
By contributing to the D.deVoe Foundation, you assure that financially underequipped children take advantage of the quality education that is readily available to them. Though education, the lives of these individuals improve as well as the quality of their communities.
